Video Albums Released on 400th Anniversary of Sri Guru Granth Sahib
Guru Nanak Data Baksh Lai Mission, an organization at the forefront of promoting universality of Sikhism, has released two albums befitting the grand occasion of the 400th Anniversary of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. One of the albums will be telecast all over the world by Sony Entertainment Television. This historic event has generated a lot of interest world wide and is being celebrated with great fervour and zeal by people of all religions. Even the White House took note of this special event and celebrated this quadricentennial event for the first time.
(PRWEB) August 31, 2004 -- Guru Nanak Data Baksh Lai Mission, an organization promoting universality of Sikhism and its Divine Content, embracing the whole mankind as one global family of the sole beloved God, with a large presence in both internet and satellite space, has once again come up with two albums befitting the grand occasion of the 400th Anniversary of First Installation of Sri Guru Granth Sahib which falls on September 1, 2004. This historic event has generated a lot of interest world wide and is being celebrated with great fervour and zeal by people of all religions. Sony Entertainment Television, and Punjabi channel Balle Balle have taken up the services of airing the two respective programmes specially prepared by Guru Nanak Data Baksh Lai Mission for this quadricentennial event. These two programmes will be telecast, one on Balle Balle from 06:45 am to 07:45 am (IST) and another on Sony TV from 08:00 am to 09:00 am on the sacred day, September 1, 2004. As another first, for this occasion, it will be the first time Sony Entertainment Television will broadcast a programme on its international channel to mark a grand Sikh event.
