Eastern Coast Management, LLC Announces Completion of Note and Mortgage Purchase and takes Deed in Lieu of Marina in Little River, Florida

RE Palm Beach Partners, LLC buys note and mortgage secured by BW Marina in Little River, South Carolina and takes deed in lieu.

Cape Canaveral, FL (PRWEB) August 31, 2004 -- Frank Crivello, Managing Member, Eastern Coast Management, LLC (ECM") announced that RE Palm Beach Partners, LLC, ("REPB") a limited asset entity it created and owns equally with an investor, closed on its purchase of a note and mortgage secured by the land at BW Marina, Little River, South Carolina. In a separate transaction, REPB took a deed in lieu of foreclosure from the fee owner of the land and improvements.

ECM Managing Member Frank P. Crivello stated: "We were excited to acquire this marina. We believe it has great promise."
