Klinedinst Elevates Hartford O. Brown to Shareholder of Firm

Hartford O. Brown has been named by Klinedinst to shareholder in the firm's Los Angeles office. A graduate of Tulane University School of Law, Mr. Brown's work in Entertainment, Business Litigation and Transactional matters has been recognized by his peers at Klinedinst.

The shareholders of Klinedinst PC are pleased to announce that Hartford O. Brown, an associate in the Los Angeles office, has been made Shareholder of the firm.

Mr. Brown has served in both the San Diego and Los Angeles offices of Klinedinst, focusing on Sports/Entertainment Law, Employment/Labor and Business Litigation. His work on transactional matters, contract negotiation, and civil litigation have earned him the respect of clients and fellow Klinedinst attorneys.

Mr. Brown came to Kilnedinst after working at one of the largest employment law firms in the country. A graduate of Tulane University School of Law, Mr. Brown has been recognized for outstanding oral advocacy. He also served on faculty-appointed committees at Tulane, and has a certificate in Advance Studying and Training in Commercial Arbitration. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Brown also studied at the Centre for Medieval and Renaissance Studies at Keble College at Oxford University, and while there, served as editor of the school periodical Hic Habitat.

With the addition of Hartford, the Klinedinst Los Angeles office now has four shareholders overseeing a complement of 16 attorneys. The firm has been making tremendous strides in building its Los Angeles practice, recently completing its expansion of the 47th floor. The firm also expects to add another ten attorneys to the Los Angeles law office by March, 2005.
