New Student Organization at UTC

The Multicultural Students Alliance, a new student organization, has been formed to serve as an outlet to provide forums for collective dialogue and action for the improvement and welfare for multicultural students.

(PRWEB) September 6, 2004 -- The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga has seen many changes over the years. Our student population has grown substantially and most importantly the faces of our students have changed. UTC has grown in to a multicultural melting pot for students looking for a diverse higher education experience. Through it all, the students have proved to have a vision and have worked hard to make an impact in our community and in the world.

The Multicultural Students Alliance, a new student organization, has been formed to serve as an outlet to provide forums for collective dialogue and action for the improvement and welfare for multicultural students.

MSA offers a unique opportunity for students & student organizations to serve on the Student as part of our alliance.

MSA will:
·Discuss methods of improving the relationship between the different organizations.
·Discuss Improvement of communication among all student organizations on campus.
·Provide opportunities for minority students to get more involved on campus.

The first meeting of MSA will be Sept. 20 @ 5:00pm in the Signal Mountain room of the University Center of the University of Tenn. at Chattanooga
