Minneapolis, MN  September 15, 2004  The Twin Cities Chocolate Extravaganza will make its debut on November 13-14, 2004 at International Market Square, located at 275 Market Street, Minneapolis, MN. The chocolate show is open to the public and will feature samples of local chocolates, coffee, and wine. Additionally, guests may shop for unique and delicious holiday gifts and attend live demonstrations from local food experts to learn how to pair chocolates and desserts with coffee and wine. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Minnesota to help make wishes of seriously ill children come true.
Local culinary celebrities such as Klecko and Louie the Wine Guy will fuse their respective talents with chocolate in the demonstration kitchen. Both amateur and professional pastry chefs will compete for the top prize in five categories: chocolate wedding cakes, chocolate special occasion cakes, truffles, chocolate showpieces, and plated desserts.
Doors open at 11:00 on Saturday, November 13 and 1:00 on Sunday, November 14. The show ends at 6:00 p.m. each day. For complete show information, please visit http://www.mspchocolateshow.com
