Charitable organization offers generous income tax deduction for uncollected judgments.

(PRWEB) September 6, 2004 -- Sickle Cell Anemia & Charity, Inc. (SCAACI) needs money for a down payment on a small office building. It plans to raise this down payment ($250,000) by accepting donations of uncollected judgments

As anyone who has been awarded a judgment has learned - getting a judgment award is one thing while getting money from that award is another. Over 75% of judgments awarded are never collected. Debtors hide, skip town, declare bankruptcy and commit creative maneuvers to avoid payment. SCAACI believes many of these debtors will pay at least something to settle and donate to a worthy cause.
