The Shark Tank is the compelling story involving the family of, and Judge William H. Webster. Dick C is about to begin doing business with the Department of Defense. At one point he is advised that he will be going into the Pentagon on a Black Hole Project" for a period of 12 years.
The book and story relate in great detail how the attempt is made, by the family of Judge William H. Webster to take the business over. The lengths that they go to as described in the book are sometimes unbelievable. It is at this same time, the book relates, that Judge Webster is a member of the Board Of Directors of U.S. Technologies Inc. It is apparent that this is where the company would have wound up had they been successful in the takeover attempt.
They do not succeed in the takeover. However the price paid by Dick C and his family is quite large. It is all related within the book and story.
