HR.com adding strength to their popular Power of the People Gala with speakers in Peak Performance achievement and Human Resource Management.

Jon Katzenbach, Senior Partner of Katzenbach Partners, LLC, a New York City-based consulting firm, knows how companies can achieve peak performance and hes making the trip to Phoenix, Arizona to share his ideas. In a session entitled, Integrating Pride into Leadership Systems to Strengthen Performance, Katzenbach will explain how frontline employees' pride in their work yields motivation, increasing organizational performance.

Dick Beatty, a Professor of Human Resource Management at Rutgers University, will also bring his expertise to the podium this October. His lessons in human resource management will bring insight into the design and implementation of strategic change initiatives through intellectual capital.

In addition, HR.com welcomes coaching firm DBM to the event. The two companies will offer Senior HR executives a chance to work with DBM executive coaches. The experience will provide additional value to HR.coms attendees. DBM will select coaches from their network who have specific business experiences. During each session, the coach will:

§   Present feedback from the assessment
§   Learn what specific development goals and challenges the client may be facing,
§   Lay the groundwork for creating an action plan
