Developmental psychologists at the University of California, Davis, have found in a three-year grant-research study that the Hoffman Process leads to significant immediate and lasting reductions in negative traits, such as anxiety and depression, and equally significant immediate and lasting increases in positive traits, such as spiritual experience and life satisfaction.
In searching the professional psychological literature, the researchers found no other programs or interventions Âthat produce stronger and more lasting reductions in unwanted negative symptoms,Â according to a research summary.
