DScape will deliver a custom e-learning system that includes an interactive courseware suite and a learning management system (LMS) tailored to specific company needs. Using Flash-based animations, professional narration, and interactive exercises, each DScape course will be highly-engaging to effectively train all learners. The first set of courses is planned for managers and associates at the companyÂs 385 retail stores. Content will focus on product knowledge and customer service skills to help increase sales. Courses for corporate staff are also planned.
The custom learning management system will enable managers to create individual employee learning plans and provide easy-to-use administrative tools for monitoring learner progress, comprehensive cost tracking, and regular content updates.
