Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) September 9, 2004
With the passage of Labor Day, schools around the country are gearing up for another year of academic advancement. If Clear Pixel Communications was like any other five-year-old, this would be the time of year when the Santa Clarita, California provider of marketing, management and educational solutions would be starting kindergarten. Of course, elementary school is a not an option for Clear Pixel, but its Managing Director, Matthew A. Gilbert, acknowledges that the agencyÂs fifth birthday symbolizes the start of a new period of educational and transformational opportunities.
ÂJust as the first year of their educational journey is a rite of passage for five-year-olds, Clear PixelÂs fifth birthday represents our transition into a new period of educational enlightenment as an organization, Gilbert explains. ÂAt Clear Pixel, we believe that education is the foundation of our inspiration. Our ongoing development is essential for our steady growth and the continued success of our clients.Â
Founded on September 9, 1999 with the belief that clarity, creativity, and consistency create credibility  the foundation of success  Clear Pixel combines creative, analytical and conceptual capabilities. Committed to communicating their clients most compelling qualities, Clear Pixel develops initiatives that involve, inform and inspire audiences to act.
Experienced with designing websites, understanding management theories, writing about business trends and more, Clear Pixel provides marketing and management solutions to entrepreneurial organizations and individuals.
ÂNo matter the size, the potential for the success of an organization and the individuals that comprise it is unlimited," Gilbert says. "Once an organization uncovers clarity, embraces creativity and commits to consistency the possibilities are limitless.Â
Mike Garson  an independent pianist, composer and artist who was most recently performing on an extensive world tour with David Bowie  has found continuing success as a result of Clear Pixel's advice. Clear Pixel designed and developed GarsonÂs website (http://www.mikegarson.com) in 1999 and continues to craft a compelling marketing strategy for the avant-garde entertainer.
This past April, Clear Pixel managed the first gallery showing of GarsonÂs computer-generated artwork at the Brian Marki Fine Art Gallery in Portland, Oregon. Two weeks later, Clear Pixel coordinated a unique back-to-back appearance on two of Los Angeles TalkRadio 790 KABC-AMÂs leading shows: ÂAsk Mr. KABC and ÂRed Eye Radio with Doug McIntyre. Garson remains an enthusiastic supporter of Clear Pixel and credits the agency with his ability to remain relevant in a highly competitive business.
ÂClear Pixel continues to breathe new life into me through the stupendous and creative website they designed, says Garson. ÂJust look at it and you will see the incredible care and originality that was invested into it. Not only has my website increased my image and awareness, but it has led to more work!Â
Beyond its demonstrated dedication to its clients, Clear Pixel is actively involved in its industry. In July, Clear PixelÂs Managing Director Matthew A. Gilbert, began a one-year term as the Vice President of Chapter News for the Southern California Chapter of the American Marketing Association. Combining his journalism roots and his marketing savvy, the position offers Gilbert the opportunity to communicate chapter news while adding value to the experience of chapter members through compelling and original content.
ÂMy goal is to upgrade the editorial integrity of the bi-monthly newsletter so that it becomes more than a collection of grip and grin photos from past events, but instead serves as a compelling reference to marketing professionals of all disciplines, says Gilbert. ÂThe long-term vision is to produce the publication as a stand-alone quarterly marketing reference magazine. Eventually I would also like to develop a blog for the chapter.Â
Clear Pixel has also provided original editorial content for a variety of publications. For the spring 2004 issue of Coastlines, the quarterly alumni magazine of the University of California at Santa Barbara, Clear PixelÂs Managing Director Matthew A. Gilbert wrote a profile of fellow alumnus Marc Germain (host of the "Ask Mr. KABC Show" on TalkRadio 790 KABC). After reading the article, Germain commented, "Thank you VERY much. It is a nice piece and you got your facts correct; a rare feat."
In May, Gilbert was elected Vice President of Public Relations for the MBA Association at Woodbury University  a progressive private university offering an intensive, but flexible program geared towards the working professional. In conjunction with his graduate studies, Gilbert has presented several papers at academic conferences throughout the United States.
To recognize his success in this capacity, in April, Gilbert was awarded the first-ever "Emerging MBA Scholar Award created by Dr. Satinder K. Dhiman, Chair of the MBA Program. The following June, Gilbert claimed first place in the Golden Key International Honour Society 2004 Business Achievement Awards for his paper ÂIntranets: Catalysts for Improved Organizational Communication. Incidentally, Gilbert originally wrote this paper for a course at Woodbury University (and subsequently presented it at two academic conferences). Gilbert has also been asked to help the university manage a groundbreaking new lecture series designed to provide entrepreneurs with compelling information to help them improve their operations.
ÂWoodbury University is the best kept secret for advanced education in Los Angeles, Gilbert claims. ÂI have personally benefited from the high quality of instruction as an MBA student and have translated that knowledge to the daily operations of my agency, thereby benefiting my clients in the process. Working for and with Woodbury University is a tremendous honor and privilege.Â
To provide additional value to its clients, Clear Pixel recently become a Miva Business Partner with Miva Corporation, a leading supplier of e-commerce software and services to small and medium-sized businesses. Miva provides merchants, developers and hosting companies with the information and technology they need to be successful in today's online selling environment. As a Miva Business Partner, Clear Pixel receives a wide variety of benefits including increased marketing opportunities, technical support, and communications with other Miva partners and customers.
ÂAdding e-commerce capabilities to our service offerings through our partnership with Miva Corporation further increases the range of services we can provide to clients, Gilbert concludes. ÂWe are currently developing our first e-commerce website for a high profile retail client and are eagerly awaiting its launch. Overall, the past five years at Clear Pixel have been filled with tremendous expansion and promising developments. This latest addition represents a small portion of what the future holds for Clear Pixel.Â
