DatamaticsÂ? new company web page offers detailed product information, state of the art navigation, and dynamic contact options, including live online chat, to assist customers in selecting automated time and attendance and workforce management solutions.

A new state of the art web page, including a live chat option for user assistance, has just been activated by Datamatics Management Services, Inc, the New Jersey-based software developer and management consulting company whose specialty is labor management solutions.

“Helping all visitors, technical and non-technical, to find the information they need on our products and services is the primary goal behind our new site,” explained Norman C. Heinle, Datamatics’ president. “We’ve added lots of information, a new search taxonomy with navigation aids, and multiple links to facilitate customer contact with our sales reps and application specialists.”

Users familiar with the previous version of the Datamatics’ site will be struck at once by the new look and feel of the home page. To obtain specific information and help in real time, visitors can also take advantage of the new live on-line chat feature. Essentially an imbedded instant-messaging tool, live chat puts users in direct contact with sales reps and application specialists at Datamatics’ home office.

Product Descriptions

Detailed information on Datamatics’ TC-1 and TimesheetPlus solutions is set forth, with a particular emphasis on each product’s features and functionality.
