Wimmerlin Promoted to Director of Client Services

Iverson Language Associates, Inc. has recently promoted Hélène Wimmerlin to Director of Client Services.

(PRWEB) September 12, 2004 -- Iverson Language Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Hélène Wimmerlin to Director of Client Services. As Director of Client Services, Hélène manages the entire client services department, which consists of two functional areas: the project management group, and the resource management group. She is responsible for account management, project management, and overseeing the final delivery of services. Hélène is also responsible for building the shared knowledge of the department through process improvements and best practices, effective and continual training, employee mentoring and exceptional inter-company communication.

In the 6 years that she has been employed by Iverson, Hélène has held the positions of Midwest Account Executive, and Senior Project Manager.

Hélène is a member of the American Translator Association (ATA), and an Associate Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she teaches Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT).
