From the moment Karrine Steffans migrated to Los Angeles from the east cost in 2000, she was set a blaze. She began by performing in the most popular videos of the time and within six months, was starring in her first big budget motion picture. To many, that would be the coming true of the dream, but for Karrine, it was only to be the very beginning.

(PRWEB) September 12, 2004 -- The film was 'A Man Apart', and Karrine played opposite Vin Diesel as the wife of Larenz Tate. The film was star studded and directed my famed director, F.Gary Gray, who had, in fact, discovered Karrine on the infamous Sunset Strip.

After taking a two year hiatus, Karrine has come back with a vengence. In 2004 alone, she has apppeared in the following magazines; Smooth(April,December), Vibe(July), XXL(July), Upscale(August),King(October) and BFM London(December).

Karrine has caused a media whirlwind with the announcement of the book, television series and film based upon her scandalous life(which is rumored to have included many of Hollywood's elite). The industry stands on it's toes wondering and waiting for she is rumored to have a little black book to rival that of Heidi Fleiss's. Still, Karrine maintians that her works of non-fiction will reflect alot more that her life in front and behind the scenes.

That it will also mirror the trials of poverty, abuse, clinical depression and neglect; subjects with which Karrine is well aquainted. Those topics should mix nicely with the drugs, sex and rock and roll that also lend to Karrine's life story. There are also two other books in the works, but the topics of these are being closely gaurded by Karrine and her publishers.

As of late, Karrine has agreed to be the first and only columnist for King Magazine and is still on the fence about accepting a position at BFM London as US Contributor. She has also founded a line of women's lounge wear, due for consumption in October 2004. Karrine is said to be an amazing writer as well as producer, actress and overall career person. From the looks of things, she is utilizing all of her attributes to their fullest capacity.
