Enterprise Partners Expands to Include Marketing Executive and Investment Professional

LA JOLLA, CA (PRWEB) September 15, 2004 -- Enterprise Partners Venture Capital announced today that Moya Gollaher and Philip Choi and have joined the firms executive team. Enterprise Partners, founded in 1985, is the largest venture capital firm in Southern California with over $1.0B under management.
Gollaher joins the firm as a principal, responsible for marketing and business development initiatives. Previously, Gollaher was general manager for Microsofts MSN Sidewalk, an online city guide with editions in 12 national and international markets. Before Microsoft, Gollaher worked in San Diego for Cox Communications as general manager of Cox CableRep, as marketing director and as programming services director. Earlier in Gollahers career she worked in account management at Young & Rubicam and in the trade paperback division of CBS Publications, both in New York. Gollaher has served on the boards of the San Diego Software Industry Council, the San Diego Regional Technology Alliance and San Diego Hospice. Gollaher graduated with an M.B.A. in marketing from Columbia Universitys School of Business and a B.A. in architecture from Yale University.
Choi, coming to Enterprise Partners as a portfolio associate, will assist Enterprises entrepreneurs and portfolio companies on capital structuring and business support. Before joining Enterprise, Choi was a financial analyst with Jeffries & Company, Inc. in San Francisco handling corporate finance, M&A and public and private equity offerings. Choi participated in transactions involving Rémy Cointreaus sale of RMS Vineyards to Beringer Blass Wine Estates, Good Guys, Inc. sale to CompUSA and a private equity offering for Cumulus Media. Choi graduated with a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvanias Wharton School.
