Peter Lopes, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Lopes brings over 20 years of senior management experience from both start-ups as well as much larger enterprises in the high-tech industry with special relevance for RedTail. He has been instrumental in the success of several application software start-ups and was most recently vice president of sales and marketing for apps4biz Inc., a Swiss-based developer of Web-native business software for small to mid-size manufacturing and distribution companies. He was director of sales and marketing for Tetra International, a UK-based developer of accounting applications for the mid-range market and assisted in its successful initial public offering in 1998 and eventual acquisition by Sage Group plc. Lopes has overall responsibility for building a successful marketing and indirect sales organization for the company with special emphasis on growing its VAR channel and strategic partnerships.
Sean Kelley, Vice President, Operations/Technical Support
Kelley has over 10 years of operations management experience (technical support, professional services and consulting, training and fulfillment) for EDI and supply chain management organizations. He was an early member of the DNS team, an EDI software and services company later acquired by TIE Commerce, where he was responsible for developing the technical support function. Most recently, Kelley was senior manager for engineering support at Kewill Solutions, North America, where he was responsible for providing escalation support to a total customer base of over 50,000 customers using Internet-enabled e-commerce shipping applications. Kelley has a unique combination of technical capabilities, customer support and domain expertise to scale RedTail operations to meet market demand for its solution.
Tom Hatton, Sales Manager
Hatton brings over 10 years of experience selling both mid-market and enterprise-level software solutions. Prior to joining RedTail, Hatton acted in various sales roles within such companies as Clarus Corporation and Intershop Communications. As part of Clarus Corporation, he focused on the sales and support of cost saving ERP and e-procurement solutions for small to mid-market companies. At Germany-based Intershop, an e-commerce supplier, Hatton sold ASP-delivered solutions. In his new role, he will manage RedTails day-to-day sales effort.
