Dupage Habitat for Humanity holding Family Walk Fund Raiser on September 18, 2004 at Doubletree Suites Hotel in Downer Grove, Illinois

On Saturday, September 18, 2004 DuPage Habitat for Humanity will hold its "Family Walk Fund Raiser" at DoubleTree Suites Hotel at 2111 Butterfield Road in Downer Grove. The walk will begin at 9:00 am and you can register at that time.

(PRWEB) September 17, 2004 -- On Saturday September 18, DuPage Habitat for Humanity will again hold our "Walk for DuPage Habitat for Humanity" fund-raiser. This is the second year for this event. We are hoping that it will be even more successful than last year. The Family walk will take place at 9:00am at the Doubletree Suites Hotel, 2111 Butterfield Road in Downers Grove. We need as many families as possible to participate and to generate much needed funds for our mission. Walkers will use a 1.6 mile route around the hotel campus and may walk as many laps as they would like until 11:00am.

You can register yourself and family as a participant on our web site (www.dupagehabitat.org) and print out the information and pledge sheet. We are hoping that each participant will reach a goal of $200.00 in pledges. For each $100.00 in pledges, the participant will get one raffle ticket for a chance to win one of the many prizes at the end of the walk.
