Anna Locke graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University in 1998 and brings a variety of experiences from closely held manufacturers to SEC registrants. Prior to forming Clockwork Financial she gained over five years of public accounting experience at a prominent Greenville accounting firm. She is a former Treasurer of the Piedmont Chapter of the South Carolina Association of CPAs and has served the community as Treasurer of the Friends of the Greenville County Guardian ad Litem Program. She is also an active member of the First Presbyterian Church Choir.

Brian Clark is an 11 year veteran of public accounting. In his capacity as a Senior Audit Manager Brian reviewed the operations of many manufacturing and construction clients, offering them professional consulting on the financial impact of their business practices. In addition to his fiscal responsibilities, Brian served his firm as a career mentor and advisor to other rising accountants. He is a former President of the Piedmont Chapter of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and his community outreach activities include various years of service to the United Way and he has been a member of the finance committee for the Center for Developmental Services.
