In this position, Osgood is responsible for the strategic planning, business intelligence and R&D for developing new products and technologies for the company. Prior to joining Baxa, Osgood was Vice President, New Product Development & Innovation for The Coleman Company, a $750 million global business that markets and sells consumer outdoor recreation equipment. There, he successfully led the development and commercialization of more than 60 new product and advanced technology projects, revamped the new product development process, improving profitability and speed-to-market through high-performance teams and innovation. Osgood's experience includes business planning and market development for First Data Corporation, and business unit management and new product development positions with Teledyne Water Pik, where he overhauled strategic plans that consistently contributed double-digit annual growth.
He also worked for Unicover Corporation, where he was in charge of product management and marketing, distribution, licensing and operations for various US and international businesses.
Osgood is an active member of the Product Development and Management Association and is a certified New Product Development Professional (NPDP). He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at the University of Wyoming.
