With a two-line LCD display, alphanumeric call ID and a user interface with a multitude of functions, the snom 190 fulfils the desires of the discerning Internet telephone caller and offers everything possible to facilitate the making of calls. Smart features like number-guessing, call completion (subscriber busy/no answer) boost the productivity in day-to-day work. Using the latest security standards of the IETF, snom sets the pace in the fast-moving VoIP industry. The 190 offers both sips (RFC2246) and SRTP (RFC3711). This makes it practically impossible to tap VoIP calls between the snom 190 and another standards-compliant VoIP endpoint.
