– A web site designed and maintained by RMS Communications Group Inc., a company which recycles old cell phones, has won the Outstanding Website Award in the 2004 WebAward Competition.

The website, entitled Get Cash For Your Old Phones, is one of several maintained and operated by RMS Communications. Its URL is http://www.cellforcash.com

Judges who reviewed the website for the competition said the website was “well- communicated” and “has a nice, simple layout.” "Simple concept, well communicated and executed," one judge said. "The site has a nice, simple layout and doesn't require much to choose the phone and fill in your information,” said another.

James Mosieur, chief executive officer of RMS Communications Group Inc., said the award is important because it shows that the website is easy for customers to navigate and use.

“Our business is buying, refurbishing and re-selling old cell phones, and we buy many of those phones from people who find us on the internet,” Mosieur said. “It is critically important to our business that our web sites have simple and easy-to-use functions and that they work as we intended. This award offers us some proof that we are doing things right.”
