Nationwide vs. Clinton - Arbitration this week September 23rd and 24th
Chris Clinton, a national spokesperson for individuals and families living toxic mold nightmares announces the arbitration for Clinton vs. Nationwide to begin on September 23rd and end on September 24th at ADR Options, Inc., Two Commerce Square Suite 1100, 20001 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) September 20, 2004 -- The Clinton's filed their lawsuit against Nationwide Mutual Insurance back in November of 2001 and have had their lives physically, mentally and financially destroyed because Nationwide refused to cover damage to their Bucks County, Pennsylvania home after Tropical Storm Allison covered the area back in 2001. The damage and resulting mold has turned the lives of the Clinton's into a living nightmare, only made worse by being dragged through the legal process to try and get their homeowners Insurance Company, Nationwide, to cover the damage. The Clinton family moved to South Florida to start their lives over.
After starting their lives over again in South Florida, the Clinton family will be traveling to Philadelphia for the arbitration to begin. It is really a shame that Nationwide has dragged this out for over 3 years now and we are hopeful that we will be able to put this nightmare behind us forever now," said Chris Clinton.
