The survey, sent to Todays Staffing clients in August by an independent company, was distributed to more than 5000 current and past customers, and had more than an eight percent response rate.
Highlights from the survey results include:
Â Ninety-six percent of respondents are satisfied overall with Todays StaffingÂs performance.
Â Nearly all of the survey respondents Â 94 percent Â would recommend Todays Staffing to another company.
Â Survey respondents rated Todays StaffingÂs customer service and job candidate quality as superior relative to other staffing companies they use.
Â Todays StaffingÂs service satisfaction guarantee received high rankings, with 66 percent of respondents indicating that the guarantee is better than most.
