Featuring Powerful, Integrated SAN+NAS User Interface

Zetta Systems announces the release of Zetta Server 3.1 featuring an intuitive GUI that unifies SAN and NAS while providing rich functionality that includes thin provisioning, instantaneous snapshots of blocks and files, block and file replication, advanced SNMP notification and scheduling to the minute.

Zetta Server based smart storage appliances can be deployed as either primary or secondary storage for powerful data protection and nearly instant recovery from Exchange, SQL Server and other data disasters. Zetta Administrators also recover from file disasters such as accidental file deletion and virus corruption within seconds or minutes instead of hours or days.

"Zetta Server supports nearly a terabyte of production data and is critical to our company's data storage requirements. This interface makes my already smart Zetta Server purchase an outstanding investment." Said Tad Helke, Director of Technology, Olympic Reprographics a division of ARC headquarted in Walnut Creek, CA.

"Zetta Server 3.1 is our direct response to requests from partners and customers for an enterprise class interface that provides superior navigation of the sophisticated features of Zetta Server 3.0," stated Dr. Ganapathy Krishnan, President/CEO of Zetta Systems.

"Zetta Systems has revamped the entire user interface for Zetta Server. Our enterprise customers require streamlined access to their unified file and block data stores. Zetta Server’s new face is a simplistic, graphical tool providing robust and logical access to both NAS and SAN data. Zetta Server’s unique thin provisioning features, smart disk technology and replication are all managed from the new integrated interface,” said Paul Bibaud, Director of Sales, Unisoft Networks, Redmond, WA.
