College Park, MD September 27, 2004---It was announced recently, that the Small Business Administration has certified QuaTeams, Inc. as a HUBZone small business concern effective September 21, 2004. The Program provides federal contracting opportunities for small business concerns located in economically distressed urban and rural communities. Qualified HUBZone companies can obtain sole-source contracts and a preference in competitive awards. Congress created the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone") Empowerment Contracting Program in December of 1997. We are very pleased about the SBAs certification.
