Audit Report:
Executive Viewer 5.2 now includes the ability to produce a full Audit Report. This is not intended as an audit trail, but as an extensive composition report, able to confirm the veracity of the data in management reports, which is an increasingly important requirement for successful corporate governance.

Support for Hyperion Essbase version 7X
Hyperion Essbase 7X increases the speed of analytics by as much as 100 times that of prior versions of Essbase, providing sub-second response times to thousands of concurrent users and significantly improving the analytic needs of all types of finance and business users. It is also 20 times more scalable than previous versions of Essbase, offering significant advances in calculation capabilities and storage efficiency. Support for multi byte character sets
Languages based on multi byte character sets can now be used in conjunction with Executive Viewer, significantly expanding its usability in Asian markets. The Executive Viewer client software will also now be available in two additional languages: Danish and simplified Chinese.

Sort and Select improvements for MSAS
Version 5.2 is further enhanced by leveraging the ability of MSAS to perform large sort and select operations. Previously the Executive Viewer Server handled this operation. The resulting improvement in performance ensures that even on large volumes of data, with complex queries, business users are still able to follow their 'train of thought and perform interactive ad-hoc analysis.
