Maximum Processing announces upgrades to its network.
We found that we were running into limitations using our current firewall and network configuration during peak activity on our demo site. The simple cable internet connection just couldn't keep up with the interest that has been generated by our demo during peak access times. We might have well over 100 connections on our system at any given time - especially during our testing - (which we do quite often).
(PRWEB) September 26, 2004 -- Maximum Processing is pleased to announce that it has completed a major upgrade to it's network.
"We found that we were running into limitations using our current firewall and network configuration during peak activity on our demo site. The simple cable internet connection just couldn't keep up with the interest that has been generated by our demo during peak access times. We might have well over 100 connections on our system at any given time - especially during our testing - (which we do quite often). Of course for security reasons we can't divulge exactly what we purchased or how it is installed, but let me say that it was a major upgrade."
Said - Sean Pitcher - President - Maximum Processing Inc.
"As soon as our new hardware was installed and configured we saw a marked improvement in both outgoing and incoming connection response times. This is exactly what we were looking for - increasing our response times on our demo. We are always looking for ways to improve our systems, our hardware, and to make a difference to our users."
Said - Lee Karas - Director of Software Development - Maximum Processing Inc.
