The name Dr. Uplift denotes the fact that Uplift is the best at uplifting his fellow man. Having worked extensively with disturbed youth and developmentally disabled adults, Dr. Uplift is seasoned at giving advice in a compassionate yet straightforward manner. His social work experiences give him an edge over advice columnists who haven’t served others in a professional capacity.

At twenty-one years of age, Dr. Uplift is ready to conquer the world. In the spring he will graduate from Penn State University obtaining a Psychology Bachelor of Science degree with a Business Option. In the fall of 2005, he will enter a New York area MSW program where he will major in Social Work Administration and minor in Business. He has already penned one book, and is developing many others. Uplift is working closely with an inner city educator who will write a tell all book about her experiences within an urban school district.
