Nation's first 18 year old City Councilman may endorse and Join, Kerry, Clark or Edwards team

Former Prince Georges County Municipal Councilman, Arthur H. Jackson,Elected in 1975, as the First 18 year old Councilman in U.S.History may join one of the Democratic Teams this week,as the campaign targets urban areas.

(PRWEB) January 29, 2004 --Arthur H. Jackson Jr. former Elected Member of the D.C. Democratic State Committee has been contacted by Campaign Staff of General Wesley Clark, Senators John Kerry and John Andrews,concerning joining their campaign teams.

Jackson, a national veteran of State , County and Presidential Candidates has advised numerous candidates including Rev. Jesse Jackson, Former Rep. Shirley Chisholm,late Senator Henry Scoop Jackson and present members of Congress U.S.Senator Paul Sarbanes and Rep. Steny Hoyer.

The Washington Media is awaiting his decision to join one of the Demaocratic Camps, after he made a last minute run for the Democratic Nomination for President in the D.C. nonbinding primary.

Jackson is expected to meet with the Campaign Staff of General Wesley Clark, Senator's Kerry and Edwards, later this week. He is reportly seeking to join a campaign team with a strong committment to target Get Out the Vote Projects in major Urban Areas. And a candidate with a diverse campaign staff.

In 1995, Arthur H. Jackson served as a Deputy on the Fighting 54th Team, which registered more than 25,000 New Voters in the District of Columbia, and organized a record turnout of Democratic Voters to reelect Marion Barry , Mayor of Washington D.C.

Today,Mr.Jackson serves as C.E.O. of AHJ Group.com., a Business Development firm which assist minority and women owned business in becoming certified to bid on government contracts.
