(Plano, TX, January 28, 2004) - HRsmart Inc., a leading provider of web-based talent management solutions, and one of the fastest growing and most profitable firms in the industry, today reported its fiscal year results for the period ended December 31, 2003.

For fiscal 2003, the Company reported an increase of 111% in revenue when compared to revenue generated in fiscal year 2002.

For fiscal 2003, the company also reported a 211% increase in net income compared to fiscal year 2002.
