THE BEST of INDEPENDENT ANIMATION and MUSIC
Web publisher stakes claim to being the best of independent animation and comics.
Upper Darby, PA (PRWEB) October 2, 2004 -- The best of independent animation and music has been the latest of several marketing campaigns by i-Quest a new player in the independent graphic novel publishing business; but what gives them the right to such a bold claim?
Originally diversity caused friction within the industry as publishers had to create genres to match their creative pool while also trying to find a market for that particular genre. i-Quest on the other hand embraces diversity and in an unorthodox move, encourages it. We are all inherently different, thats a fact. To try and paint everyone with the same pallet is nothing more than a waste of brush strokes. Instead we should embrace, appreciate and learn from our differences thereby strengthening ourselves by opening up our minds…" stated Mr. Mugo Founder and director of i-Quest in a recent interview.
By letting the creators delve into their individual sources of inspiration, we tap into a raw and limitless source of fact and fiction as presented by these creators." He continued, Stories such as Someone elses life, Love and Hate and A Piece of Dedication tap into our humanity as romance, tragedy and drama let us peer into the lives of these characters via the vision of their respective creative teams. While stories such as Vendetta, Dead or Alive and The Player let us live vicariously through mythical figures who pursue justice, honor and destiny as we would if we lived in the i-Quest fantasy universe. Individually these are great stories that allow us to see life through eyes other than our own, but together they are the voice of an international creative community making a social statement based on their individual experiences. Combine these stories with the sultry sounds of artists such as, Levis Lace, Hassan Ansari and Billy Wilcosky who respectfully graced our Juke Box and out comes a voice loud and proud, a voice we believe can only be described as the best of independent animation and music." He concluded.
My answer was staring me in the face all along, i-Quests pride and claim to such a bold title was not the result of a slick haired marketing strategists muse, it was as a result of a slick haired marketing strategist who saw the vision of a creative community.
For additional information feel free to contact one of the most amusing people I have had the pleasure of communicating with. A man who I can truly say loves his job, Mr. Sam Massey the official i-Quest hype man.
