CRM Essentials Co-founders Named “Most Influential CRM Leaders” by CRM Magazine

Brent Leary and Michael Thomas, partners and co-founders of management consulting firm CRM Essentials, received the prestigious CRM Magazine 2004 Most Influential Leaders award. The award identifies those who have made a significant impact on the CRM industry over the past year.

The honor was awarded to them by CRM Magazine, the industry’s leading monthly magazine dedicated to helping companies achieve customer-focused organizations.

The Most Influential Leaders award identifies those who, by their words and actions, have had a significant impact either within their company or on the industry over the past year. Past winners of this prestigious award include Marc Benioff – Chairman and CEO of, James Goodnight – president and CEO of SAS Institute, David Thacher - general manager of CRM for Microsoft and Adam Klaber – global and Americas CRM leader for IBM Business Consulting Services.

While the industry’s focus has been on the SMB market, Leary and Thomas saw an opportunity in addressing a growing segment of that market - minority business enterprises.
