(PRWEB) October 3, 2004 -- The UKs first business-only conference on Neuro Linguistic Programming will take place on Friday 15 October 2004 at the Lamorna Cove Hotel near Penzance in Cornwall, England. It aims to introduce senior executives and managers from both the private and public sectors to a selection of simple yet powerful tools to improve personal effectiveness, teamworking and productivity.
Every generation, new ways to improve organisational performance and productivity come into focus. We all know the transformational effects credited to computer and information technology and mobile telephones.
Now we have a similar step change in personal capability facilitated by the tools of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Whether in business, health or education, these tools are allowing individuals and teams to get better results.
The conference has been organised by 5 management consultants, trainers and coaches who are all qualified NLP practitioners and who work worldwide providing training and coaching to a variety of blue-chip companies. The day will comprise workshop-style seminars with practical exercises which delegates can translate and apply to their own situations.
All executives and managers with responsibility for developing their staff or organisation are welcome to attend, whether or not they already know anything about NLP.
Joe Pritchard of Zetetic will be looking at a strategy of creativity for those who wish to be more innovative in their business roles. Elizabeth Pritchard, also of Zetetic, will discuss how to manage difficult relationships and escape from the trap of your habitual patterns of behaviour. Martin Crump of evolution will be turning traditional sales approaches upside-down in 'World-Class Sales and explaining a six-step process which focuses on relationships. Andy Britnell will show you how to demonstrate linguistic leadership in the language you use to motivate your team. In 'Frame Games, Tania Hopkinson will look at how changing your perception of the world can affect the meaning you attribute to an external event.
Delegates will be actively involved in exercises and team-work throughout the day and will be able to return to their organisations with something new to contribute to organisational development.
Places cost 149.00 per delegate, including VAT, lunch and refreshments.
