Its second-issue advertisers include the crème de la crème of South Floridas real estate leaders.

Haute Living features opulent residences ranging from $1 million to $30 million, articles describing the real estate markets current conditions, lifestyle pieces focusing on the finest in Miamis dining and design, and an exclusive list of Miamis luxury real estate professionals.

Haute Living is more than just your average real estate magazine," says publisher Seth Semilof. "We complement the magazine's featured luxury estates with content detailing Miami's latest trends."

Thirty-thousand copies of Haute Living are distributed throughout Aventura, Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach and South Beach. Mr. Semilof is grateful for the deep and sincere support the new publication has received.

After much success with the first issue, released in July, the magazine gained 17 new clients for the 72-page second issue, which will be released in late September, featuring commentary from the presidents of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell and Coldwell Banker Miami-Dade. A third issue, comprising 96 pages, is currently being prepared and is due out in late November. The issue will feature a three to four page feature on top developer Ugo Colombo, another top Miami Designer, and the exclusive, by-invitation-only" Haute List, a guide to South Floridas leading realtors in the luxury market.
