Approximately 5 weeks after joining eBay was one our best days during this 1.5 month time frame. One Monday morning, we opened the mailbox to find $4,035.62 in money orders, cashiers checks and business checks. Our second highest day was on a Wednesday in which we received $2903.12. Needless to say, I quit my job over the next couple of months and haven't punched a clock for anyone since then.

One afternoon while visiting our local post office I found out through the postal clerk that there was someone in town who did about $250,000.00 (a quarter of a million) in business on eBay in one year. We'll as anyone one would do I starting asking about who this was. As it turns out, I knew the guy and we arranged a business meeting to exchange ideas and eBay stories.
