San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) October 7, 2004
Archstone Consulting and Working Images announced today that its innovative ÂArchstone Consulting InnovatorÂs Forum  business-to-business marketing program has been recognized for public relations excellence. The program, built around a highly successful thought leadership event, ÂMake Your Supply Chain an Engine for Driving Value, received the top Northern California Compass Award in the marketing project category from the three San Francisco Bay area chapters of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
PRSA's Northern California Compass Awards recognize programs meeting the highest standards of performance in the public relations and public affairs profession. They are presented annually to organizations that have successfully addressed a challenge with exemplary professional skill, creativity and resourcefulness. They are jointly sponsored by the three San Francisco Bay area chapters of the Public Relations Society of America: Oakland/East Bay, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley.
ÂThis award is significant for our San Francisco team, said Eric Schlumpf, principal and global manufacturing practice leader for Archstone Consulting in San Francisco. ÂItÂs a mark of excellence for our focused involvement in the Bay area.Â
Archstone Consulting accomplished its business goals in its first year, including those of their marketing program. One of the five objectives of this eight-month marketing program was to create and establish a sustainable, eminence-building Archstone Consulting thought leadership forum. Archstone Consulting did establish a signature, first-in-series ÂMake Your Supply Chain an Engine for Driving Value Innovators Forum, meeting all the goals for high-level supply chain executive attendees and speakers and creating opportunities for long term relationships between Archstone Consulting and business leaders. Villa Montalvo in Saratoga set the scene for the Innovators Forum and Etta James ended the day on a bluesy note in an outdoor concert for speakers and attendees.
ÂConnecting people is what we do best, said Mary Lou Thiercof, principal, Working Images. ÂStrategizing this event with Archstone ConsultingÂs team fostered many new B2B relationships and opportunities. WeÂre excited about planning our 2005 Innovators Forum.Â
