Using any standard Windows-based PC with a USB port, SmartLight can control up to 512 dimmer channels (DMX devices) that can be mapped to up to 512 fader controls. The software allows you to define and store preset lighting cues that can be defined cue by cue to control any lighting production.
With an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI), defining preset lighting cues is as simple as sliding a fader control up and down to the desired level. You can label the faders to match your physical lighting configuration. Individual lights can be preset to fade in or out at various timed intervals or have timed waits, allowing you complete flexibility. ÂSoft patching capability allows connecting any dimmer to any fader. The powerful cue editor makes inserting and modifying existing cues in a stack easy. Different versions of the same show can be easily saved to disk.
