Seward is one of 89 contributing authors from across the United States and Canada selected to contribute her unique insights to the book. Created by the Direct Selling Womens Alliance (DSWABuild It Big was written for the more than 44 million people worldwide who are independent distributors with direct selling companies, as well as for owners of home-based and small businesses. The books 300-plus pages reveal insights and practices on how to succeed in business, shared by industry experts like Seward who have demonstrated success in their field.

Build It Big provides information on every facet of growing a direct selling business, from getting started to building a sales team to coaching them to the top. It offers answers to pressing challenges facing business owners, such as where to find more customers and how to juggle family and business.
