New Children's Book Helps Parents to Easily Teach Their Kids Critical Safety Skills
Child and Family Safety Expert, Julie Joyce has released a new children's book that helps parents to teach their kids about safety skills. This children's book helps kids to easily learn and remember critical safety tips that apply to a variety of dangers.
(PRWEB) October 10, 2004 -- Every year thousands of children are injured, stolen, abused or killed in preventable and avoidable incidents. Even though parents realize how important it is for their children to learn and remember critical safety skills, they often don't know how to initiate the necessary training.
Because of this, Child and Family Safety Expert, Julie Joyce has created a children's book that parents can read to their kids to initiate a discussion on safety. This new children's book, "What Should You Do ? (Safety Tips For Kids)" speaks to kids about some of the most dangerous situations that they could encounter and teaches them what they should do in those situations.
Parents can also choose to share with their kids only the sections that address the safety issues that are applicable to the child's life and activities. Among the dangers and risks discussed are: Abduction, Auto Injury, Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking, Bullies, Dog Attacks, Fire Injury, Gun Injury, Child Molesters, Online Predators, Poisoning, Recreational Injury and Water Related Injuries and dangers.
