BlueBridge Networks and Germany's ITB USA Sign Alliance

BlueBridge Networks, LLC ("BlueBridge") is pleased to announce that it has signed a strategic alliance with ITB-USA, LLC (ITB"), a subsidiary of ITB AG, a developer of a large scale IT system – iMedOne - for the healthcare industry.

The agreement allows for ITB to become the software provider of choice for BlueBridge and its clients in the healthcare industry. Additionally, BlueBridge becomes the provider of choice to ITB and its clients for disaster recovery, business continuity, managed network security, data storage, and collocation services.

This agreement with ITB solidifies the cutting edge position BlueBridge has developed in the healthcare industry as a leader in HIPAA ready network and security solutions," noted Neil J. Adelman – Chief Executive Officer of BlueBridge.

Adelman added, Our agreement with ITB will introduce to the healthcare industry a complete HIPAA ready solution that truly has no equal in the marketplace."

ITB officially launched its iMedOne product in the United States at the AHIMA congress in Washington, DC on October 10th 2004. The Company successfully entered the US market by being selected by Laurelwood Community Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio as its systems provider. The hospitals CEO, Dr. Farshid Afsarifard stated that, Of all the products Laurelwood investigated, and there were many, iMedOne kept us excited and inspired from the start, all the way to the final selection decision. iMedOne is an extremely flexible product enabling easy customization." Several other hospitals, both general and psychiatric, are presently in discussion with ITB.

Pascal Mahvi, ITB USAs CEO, said iMedOne is a fully functional, integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Hospital Information System (HIS). The software is at the cutting edge of integration between EMR and patient logistics and automates support of clinical pathways, decision support and resource planning - all unique propositions in the healthcare world."
