Knowing what customers want is Jon Bloostein business. As owner and operator of the popular Heartland Breweries he likes to over see every detail. So, having decided to open a new flagship Brewery and Sports Bar in a world Landmark building he wanted to make sure he had the best project team available to make his flagship dream come true.

When it was time to choose a creative knowledgeable communications vendor, the name USCommunications seemed to be on everyones whos whos list in this field. Jon's meeting with Steven Rosstad VP of Systems Engineering from USC gave Jon a chance to meet a 25 year veteran that has designed over a thousand communications systems for restaurants and hotels.

Stevecom7 (Mr.Rosstad handle) opened the doors to cool audio video concepts that will help make the Heartland Brewery and Sports Bar a NYC destination. The entire communication package will be project managed by USC. This included audio, video, video signage, telephone, data, POS, CCTV, WLAN and the architectural acoustic systems integration.

Jon also like the fact that stevecom7 was not only a technical professional but a guy with a passion for music and was once a jazz guitarist who played with John Coltrane's drummer Elvin Jones and who jammed with Jimi Hendrix (one of Jon's favorites)in a past life. Knowing this, Jon had no question that his new restaurant will sound great!

The project architect is Peter Niemitz Design Group out of Boston which specializes in restaurant design. Mr.Niemitz just completed the new Capital Grill in the Chrysler building in NYC. The talented Mr. Niemitz has planned an exceptional restaurant design for Jon's Heartland Sports Bar that will keep customers coming back to enjoy a warm relaxed fun environment.

Heartland Brewery is the leading New York City prize winning brewer with locations throughout NYC. This new venue will give New Yorkers and tourists an exciting new place to visit for great food and fun in a world landmark location!
