Our gallery has been framing to museum standards, regional and national art for decades, and up until now, oil portraits by commission were just not possible to provide to customers. Traditional oil painting is difficult - portrait oil painting is one of the most difficult types of painting. The young artists from China have all studied with the Masters in the top Universities of China. They have each had several years of painting experience prior to being accepted into this specialty. This is not an assembly process... William Grant only represents the highest standards of fine arts. Each of these artists completes a commission from start to finish and they sign the work personally for the customer.

Our role as a Gallery is to facilitate this process for our customers. We insure the painting arrives in premium condition, we inspect the photo sent to us for commission to make sure that the artist has the clearest image available to paint from. We track the portrait through customs and we air and lay the painting flat before shipping it on to the customer. Quality control is paramount. We also provide fine arts framing and fine arts quality stretcher bar framing for your portrait so that it arrives ready to hang until you can take it to your own gallery for the fine arts framing.

Portraits are an investment.
