(PRWEB) October 13, 2004 -- MD Coder ES was developed to address the demand for multiple physician users to be able to access a centralized database, capture charges, share patient lists, and address call and cross-coverage issues related to the management of inpatient coverage and charges that may distributed among multiple hospitals and coverage groups. Exception Alert System --- MD Coder Enterprise Server serves as a messaging system, allowing the back office to use MD Coder's built it Exception Alert System notifying physicians of additional documentation, charges or simply the referring physician on a particular patient. The notion of a back office staff member having to chase down a provider to receive simple information on a charge is no longer an issue. The staff member can now log onto the system and reject any submitted charges. When the provider logs onto the system an alert notifies the physician of the issue and the MD Coder Enterprise provides a complete audit trail allowing for any administrator to track any and all processes of any user.
