Dennis is a native of the Bay Area, and has previously owned his own appraisal firm in San Jose. Most recently, Dennis was a contract appraiser for Apple Appraisal, Inc. in the San Jose area, covering markets ranging from the Monterey Peninsula to Northern Santa Clara County and appraising homes ranging from simple tract homes to large custom estates and proposed custom homes. Dennis has been in the mortgage industry for 20 years, which included many different facets of the industry, ranging from the foreclosure process to IT and technology as it relates to the mortgage industry and specifically appraisal and its implementation. Dennis has a keen appreciation for technology and software development and along with Anthony Blackburn, will be taking an active role in the development of proprietary software.
