Paul Vick Comes to WAKE THE NATIONS"

Paul Vick, evangelist and recording artist, will be coming to Corpus Christi to hold a Backyard Tent Revival entitled Restoring the Family." Along with Vick, the local band Cross Ties will lead the event in a variety of praise and worship music.

(PRWEB) October 14, 2004 --Vick is a fourth-generation preacher from Beaumont, Texas whose unique style of presenting the Word of God has been broadcast around the world on radio and television talk shows. He has a passion for reaching audiences of all ages with the message of life in Gods Kingdom.

As pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship, he has created an innovative curriculum for studying the Bible. It is currently being used all around the world. Vick also exercises his musical abilities (recording artist for Republic Records) as worship leader at his church in Beaumont.

The local band Cross Ties will accompany Vick in leading worship at the Backyard Tent Revival. They play a variety of worship music including traditional praise, modern hymns, and Christian rock.

The family event will be held October 28, 29, and 30 in the backyard of Second Baptist Church located at 6701 S. Staples. The starting time will be 6:30 p.m. each evening and will last until approximately 9 p.m. Childcare is provided for children ages birth to 5 years. Admission is free.
