Tied Up", is not your typical Hollywood film. Through both story and style the movie depicts the harsh reality of a group of naïve teens having to learn some hard life lessons. Gritty, graphic, and revealing, Tied Up" shows the viewer a dramatic and disturbing storytelling perspective, many times being put in situations where you might want to turn away.
The screenplay was merely used as a blueprint for the actors to embellish, and through the creative shooting style and the improvisation of the actors we take a no-holds-barred approach to creative expression. Utilizing multiple cameras, the movie intends on capturing 'almost-real situations on tape. Set-up by the story and direction, the talent will lead the audience down a mock-reality path, with a few twists and turns along the way, to entertain the viewer.
Spinning off the Dogma 95 principals, we dont plan on limiting ourselves to a Hollywood architecture. This will be true independent filmmaking at its finest. Possibly controversial, but definitely a story to keep you glued to your seat.
Tied Up" follows a group of five so-called friends, ban together in an attempt to make their lives more eventful. In the course of their night they are thrown into a world of deceit, betrayal, and murder. Who knew growing up would be this complicated.

The cast was made up of such up-and-comers as Dana Fares, Kevin Michael Walsh, Julia M. Morizawa,, Johnny Patisaul and Shelli Boone.
