Philadelphias Newest Star Barbara Sheree Opens For Musiq and Kem at Atlantic Citys Board Walk Hall Friday November 12th

Philadelphia PA (PRWEB) October 31, 2004 -- Philadelphias latest fresh breath of musical- creativity Barbara Sheree will be the opening act for Musiq (Def Soul) and Kem (Motown) Friday November 12th. The concert will take place at Atlantic Citys BoardWalk Convention Hall; ShowTime scheduled for 9:00 p.m.

November 12th will be the prime opportunity for Barbara Sheree to present herself to thousands of people that enjoy soul music and solid songwriting. Sheree promises to showcase her own infusion of Soul, R&B, Hip-Hop and Jazz. Sheree is looking to excite her current fans, win over Musiq and Kems followers, and impress critics as well.

In Philadelphia where performers struggle to be heard and appreciated Barbara Sherees smooth, clear, powerful soul is shinning through. Sheree is building her audience one show at a time; soulfully inspiring audiences at neo-soul venues like The Black Lily and Soul Sanctuary.

The warmth and energy of her performance and the sharpness of her lyrics have captured legions of listeners in cyber space. Sheree has seen her song Next Guy" rank in the top 40 on the popular music site www.mp3.com.

Barbara Sheree will be the opening vibe for two super stars who themselves had been popular and successful opening acts. Kem is one of the youngest and most diverse talents at the legendary label Motown. Kem won over the concert-goers in Atlantic City at the Tropicana earlier this year with performances from his CD KEMISTRY. This time around Kem will also share music from his upcoming sophomore release.

MUSIQ like Barbara Sheree is a native of Philadelphia. Like Sheree, Musiq maximized opportunities early in his career, opening for established Philadelphia artists. His current CD SoulStar is on its way to the platinum success his previous efforts Aijuswanaseing and Juslisen have enjoyed.

The night promises to be a showcase for the best music from neo-soul musicians still growing in creativity and talent. Starting with Philadelphias Barbara Sheree.
