BAHFS.com stands for the Bay Area Health and Fitness Show, an all new annual Bay Area Health and Fitness Show is coming to Alameda, CA on Feb. 5 & 6, 2005. Individuals and families of all ages are invited to learn and fun during this 2 day event.

(PRWEB) October 16, 2004 -- BAHFS.com -- The 1st Annual Bay Area Health and Fitness Show will make its debut February 5th & 6th, 2005 at the Bladium Center in Alameda. This new event is geared to the consumer striving toward a healthy way of life. People of all fitness backgrounds are welcome to attend and learn from health professionals as well as sample many new items.

Hundreds of exciting new products and services will be featured such as low carb and organic foods, vitamins, fitness centers, weight loss programs, spas, resorts, massage therapists, skin and body care, sporting goods, sportswear, and many other health related items. Health screenings will also be conducted for people interested in checking their cholesterol, body fat percentage, blood pressure, spine alignment, and other health concerns.

There will also be a special area for Yoga, Holistic Health, and Living Foods, along with cooking demonstrations and question and answer seminars. These seminars will be conducted by experts who have written books and are on the health and fitness circuit.

Designed for young and old alike, this event will enlighten those interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
