This Year Le Chef Mobile Brings Affordable Corporate Holiday Parties to Your Office

For companies with limited holiday party budgets this year, Le Chef Mobile is offering a new alternative. The company will bring a convection oven, several staff and transform the conference/meeting room or company kitchen into a festive holiday party.

(PRWEB) October 17, 2004 -- Since most holiday parties are either passed hors doeuvres or cold/hot buffets with chafing dishes to keep the food warm, minimal kitchen facilities can be used on-site. Holiday parties also help with employee morale, especially during difficult economic times, so even holiday parties with limited budgets are much appreciated.

Since we usually work in peoples homes, each situation is different, so after 10 years weve learned how to be flexible enough to accommodate any situation," says Chef Pierre Jenatton. He went on to say that hes done corporate parties for up to 500 people with nothing more than a convection oven in a conference room. Its very challenging and requires a backup plan, but it can be done."

Chef Jenatton is the owner of a unique concept, a personal chef service entitled Le Chef Mobile. According to the Boston Globe, a personal chef like Pierre Jenatton dishes up convenience, luxurious ease and restaurant-style meals." Jenatton was one of the pioneers of the personal chef industry and has participated in the success of the industry as well as his own. Arriving in Boston in 1992, Chef Jenatton teamed up with Marketing Consultant Jeanine Buckley, pursuing his idea as a full-time venture. At that time there were less than 10 personal chefs in Boston and the surrounding areas. In 10 years, there are now close to 150 personal chefs in Massachusetts, and close to 10,000 in the US. Jenatton and Buckley became the unofficial spokespeople for the personal chef industry when they first started; Le Chef Mobile has been asked to sit on a panel as part of Boston Universitys new personal chef certificate program. Jenatton is pleased that the personal chef industry is finally earning a reputation for quality and respect. One of Le Chef Mobiles niches is food and wine pairing because wine consumers are typically well-traveled and have an educated food palette. Le Chef Mobile has continued to innovate and offer new services over the years including, customized cooking classes and holiday cocktail parties.

Le Chef Mobile has been featured on Fox 25 News and The New England Food Network, as well as being written up in the Boston Magazine. Le Chef Mobile was recently featured in the Boston Globe about its innovative wine tasting parties in peoples homes. Jenatton also teaches at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education.
