Co-sponsored by The Department of The Navy and The Navy Personnel Command, this NO COST initiative will increase employment / business opportunities and improve the economic well-being for military spouses, US veterans, retirees, transitioning active-duty personnel and their eligible family members.
The service operates an online memberÂs only community, and, hosts an interactive online environment where participants can learn and access virtual business startup resources and experts using asynchronous and synchronous training methods. Individuals who are interested in starting their own virtual portable business can visit the website located at http://www.vsscyberoffice.com/vbo, 24/7 to register for a memberÂs account and to begin accessing the wealth of available resources to include ongoing real-time and self-paced seminar workshops. Training materials are available for download from the memberÂs only access area and cover the following core topics:
